Shop for OLS is a very easy process which has a huge earning potential for the school. You order and pay for reloadable gift cards, we purchase them on your behalf, and the school receives a bulk buy discount – simple!
Each year we raise around £10,500 via this scheme alone (68 families).
If more families participated there is the potential to raise £15,000 per annum. This would provide a fantastic opportunity to enhance our children’s education and experience at Our Lady’s School.

For every £100 of gift cards ordered, the PTA receives 4% commission.
All you will be doing is swapping your money for gift cards, which can then be used for in-store shopping at these stores, and online at John Lewis/Waitrose.
NB. All stores now issue an electronic reloadable gift card for your first order. For subsequent orders this gift card is remotely topped up each month to the value of your order. Nectar points or Clubcard points will be awarded in the same way as if payment was made via cash.
E-vouchers
John Lewis/Waitrose/Marks & Spencer – we can now issue e-vouchers. Email us the value required, pay us and we can action the e-voucher within hours for you to use in-store or on-line. In the last 6 months we have recently placed e-voucher orders for denominations of £1,600, £500, £100 for parents buying furniture, laptops, gifts etc. By using our scheme these e-vouchers alone have raised £150 for the school. So simple but hugely beneficial.
How to join Shop for OLS?
Shop for OLS is very flexible and can accommodate both monthly and one off orders.
It’s a very straightforward process. You can email the Shop for OLS team at: ourladysvoucherscheme@outlook.com stating your order and contact details.
How do you pay & collect?
- Standing order, this can be set up using internet banking
- Online payments must be made by 1st of each month

Vouchers are topped up each month to the value of your order. Ad-hoc cards or new cards can be collected on the Friday collection date from 3pm outside the school office.
