Our Lady's school was founded by the Poor Servants of the Mother of God. Frances Taylor officially founded the religious order the Poor Servants of the Mother of God in 1872. Her spirit and values form the thread which runs through all the work undertaken by the Congregation. We often talk to the children about Frances Taylor who became Mother Magdalene and the work of the sisters. We have adopted a version of Mother Magdalene's prayer Grow Jesus as our school prayer.
